LIVERPOOL Food and Drink Festival has revealed that this year, for the first time, visitors will have to pay for entry.
Festival bosses said the Sefton Park event has become a victim of its own success.
Up to 40,000 people attended the one-day event last year and, in response, organisers SK Events have expanded it across two days.
